We have been in business since 2001, providing On-site & Remote Computer and Network Consulting, Installation, Diagnosis, Repair, and Maintenance services for small business & home-based business on the Eastside, King County, & Greater Seattle/Tacoma/Everett area.  We have over 60 years combined Professional  IT experience, supporting line-of-business computing and networking.  We support Windows and Apple systems and now offer affordable website design, implementation, and maintenance.  We are happy to provide this level of service to the residential customer as well.

You may ask, "Why choose on-site service over a repair shop?".  We provide some benefits that most repair shops can't offer.  We save you travel time so that you can conduct business instead of driving to a shop.  We can see and resolve network connectivity problems that can only be performed on-site.  We take the time to work with you individually, configuring and tuning your systems to your needs.  Often times an issue comes to mind when a client is sitting in front of their computer.  We are able to observe the environment you conduct business in, and offer suggestions for better use of your IT resources.  We can help you to determine the best way to protect your valuable data and equipment.  Physically setting up your hardware may require a knowledgeable person on-site.
